As a dog owner with a 13-year-old German Shepherd as a senior member of the pack, I've been facing multiple challenges. To avoid licking my dog from licking it off, I cover it with a soft cotton sleeve or compression sleeves after applying. The caveat to this product is the packaging. The amount of cream is somewhat stingy, especially when you squeeze it through the attached comb on the tube (most of the cream gets caught in the comb).
